By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Contact Form & User Submissions

  • When you submit our contact form (name, email, message), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your submission solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit. It must not be defamatory, obscene, or infringe third-party rights.
  • We may reject, edit, or delete any submission at our discretion.


3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
  • Our name, logo, and EIN are trademarks. Do not use them without permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPMT REGIONAL OFFICE NORTH AMERICA INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND VOLUNTEERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.


7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPMT Regional Office North America Inc. and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.


9. DMCA Takedown Policy

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our Site, send a notice to our Designated Agent:

Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) location on the Site, (3) your contact info, (4) a statement of good faith, and (5) a signature.
