Equanimity is the quality of remaining balanced and undisturbed amidst all of life’s experiences.

Deity yoga uses visualization as a skillful means of personal transformation. The deities used in tantric practice are a manifestation of our pure Buddha nature. As His Holiness the Dalai Lama says, “In brief, the body of a Buddha is attained through meditating on it.”
